What items are eligible for return and exchanges?
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you don’t, we’re happy to accept your return within 30 days of the date you received the item. We will provide you with a full refund of the item’s purchase price, less applicable return shipping charges. We do not refund original shipping costs.
To qualify for a refund, your returned item must be received at Bazar online within 30 days of receipt, in the original packaging, with all parts and in the same condition as you initially received it.
Certain items may be subject to additional restrictions on return/exchange as noted on the tag, packing slip or posted online. Items received by us that are ineligible for return and items received after the allowable return period will not be processed and may be returned to you at your cost.
“Clearance Price Final Sale” items are final sale and will not be eligible for returns or exchange.
Health and Beauty and other consumable products can be returned within 30 days of receiving them only after a reasonable trial of the product. For example, empty jars or bottles will not be accepted as a returned item.
Intimate items of a personal nature are final sale. Once you receive this product it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Fashion and Jewellery items may be tried on for size and fit only, and must not otherwise be worn. We do not accept returns if the item was initially shipped with a “Do Not Remove” tag and the tag has been removed.
Software returns are processed for unopened products only! You may have inputted certain personal information in items purchased from Bazar online such as computers, laptops, tablets and other technology products. Ensure that you have removed any personal information from an item before returning it to Bazar online. This may require you to complete a master reset or remove any passcodes or account locks from the device. Bazar Online disclaims any and all liability for any items that are returned containing personal information.
Final Sale Item
All “Clearance Price Final Sale” items and “Last Chance Price Final Sale” items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges of any items sold as “Clearance Price Final Sale” or “Last Chance Price Final Sale”. These items will be clearly noted as such on your Order Summary.
Please allow up to 5 business days from the date your package is received at Bazar online for us to process your refund. Typically, your refund will be processed in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase, however, in some cases, your refund may be processed in the form of a cheque. If you would like to exchange your purchase for the same item in a different size or colour, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving the item to make arrangements for exchanges – exchanges are not permitted after 30 days. Items must be in the original packaging, with all parts and in the same condition as you initially received them. Items received by us that are ineligible for exchange, and items received after the allowable exchange period, will not be processed and may be returned to you at your cost.
If you would like to return an item because we made an error, return shipping charges will be waived. You may return it in accordance with our return policy and then email us at email@example.com
How do I return an item to Bazaronline?
If you have a printer at home, the easiest way to return your item to us is by generating a return label online. Here’s how:
- Sign in to your account at bazaronline.ca/myaccount
- On the My Account hub page, click on ‘ORDER STATUS’ and find your order
- Click on ‘VIEW DETAILS’
- Click on ‘RETURN ITEM(S)’ for items you want to return
- Select the item(s) and provide a reason for return
- Review and generate the label
- Print the label and affix it with tape to the package being returned
Please note: Some items require you to contact us to initiate a return or refer to the instructions provided in the package that was delivered to you.
If you prefer, you can make your own arrangements with Canada Post or a courier company using their shipping label, and pay the shipper directly upfront. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for mailing instructions.
What if I’m unable to retrieve a returns label online?

How long will it take to process a refund?
Please allow up to 5 business days from the date your package is received by Bazar online.

What is the cost to return an item?
Standard return shipping charges apply to return items to Bazar online unless the item was damaged or broken upon receipt, or the wrong item was delivered.
Return shipping fees are based upon the item’s shipping weight which is usually the same as the item’s actual weight, unless the item and packaging is large or bulky, in which case an additional premium is added. For large or bulky items, typically 1 cubic foot is equivalent to 10 lbs shipping weight.
What if I’m unable to return an item myself because it’s too large?
If you’re unable to return a heavy or large item yourself, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a return of your purchase. This applies to large items such as fitness equipment, outdoor living, large sports equipment, etc.
Can I return an item in person?
We do not accept in-person returns.
Bazar online sells products within Canada and at times outside of Canada. Shipping & Handling charges are shown along with the price of the product during our online broadcast. When shopping online, look for Shipping & Handling charges on each and every product detail page. You’ll find your total Shipping & Handling charges in your cart, and during the checkout process.
Buy more, save more! When you purchase more than one item in a single order, you’ll automatically qualify for our Reduced Shipping & Handling Program which gives you 50% off the shipping charges for each additional item. Your Cart will confirm what your final Shipping & Handling charge will be. Some restrictions apply.
When calculating shipping & handling charges, the shipping weight of your order is always rounded down to the nearest weight in the fee schedule. Therefore, an item with a shipping rate of 1-1/2 lbs will be charged at the 1lb shipping rate.
For certain orders, free Shipping & Handling may not be available in your area due to custom and tariff charges. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time without prior notice (even after an order has been submitted), including in cases where free Shipping & Handling does not apply to your area.

You can choose to have the products in your order sent to a shipping address that is different from your billing address. With this option, the shipping confirmation with the order total and payment information is emailed to your email address associated with your Bazar online account, while the products in your order are sent to the shipping address. The order total and payment information is not sent to the shipping address.
